Water
Ella loves the water. Norah does not. At least not the public kind. She loves baths, but not Blue Harbor's indoor water park and not the beach.Auntie Lisa and Uncle Kevin visited over the weekend and took the girls to the beach. Ella splashed around in the water while Norah sat on the shore with me and played with the unedible Teddy Grahams that Ella spilled all over the sand.
I'm not sure why Norah's got a fear of public water. Doesn't make sense at all. Maybe she's modest about being in a bathing suit, especially with that cute, very noticeable pot belly of hers!

Awww. Maybe next year, Norah will like the water. Ella sure looks like she is having fun! I don't think I was ever scared of water. I have always enjoyed swimming, as long as I can remember.
Poor Norah! Ash doesn't like the water either. He'll MAYBE dip his toes in ... and he'll let me carry him in, clinging to me like a monkey to a tree the whole way -- but he would never, voluntarily get in. Weird, huh?
Norah isn't that chunky. It's just her stomach- that's all. It's OK if she's a wimp- so is her best friend- Theoden. He hates the waterpark and will never go into the water at beaches.
DAWN: I'm just glad that at least one of my girls likes the water because I hope they will take up swimming -- I don't know how to swim!
KATRINA: I bet Asher likes baths, though? Norah LOVES baths and "wah-TER" but is scared to death of the water park and beach. Weird indeed.
MAY: Norah's not chunky at all -- just her stomach. It's so cute too!
